If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within three (3) days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your request.

3. Refund or Replacement

For damaged or defective items, CLBnite will provide either a full refund to your original payment method or send you a replacement item, as determined by our customer support team. We aim to resolve such cases promptly.

4. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

To be eligible for a refund or replacement for damaged or defective items, you must:

  • Notify us within three (3) days of receiving the product.
  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  • Return the damaged or defective item to us, as directed by our customer support team.

5. Non-Returnable Items

All other products on CLBnite, apart from those that are damaged or defective, are non-returnable. This includes items purchased in the wrong size, color, or design, as well as items with minor variations from product images due to differences in screen settings or lighting conditions.
